Hi! I’m Etti, founder of Las Vegas Boudoir Studio & the face behind all of the photos you see here.
I’ve loved art and photography since I was a little girl. My uncle was a photographer, and I was always drawn to the pictures he took and the stories behind them.
I got my first camera as a birthday gift from my brother, and I haven’t stopped taking and printing photos since.
After completing my service from the Israeli Defense Forces, I wanted to learn everything I could about photography and pursue it as a career… but my family persuaded me to do something practical instead. I went to school to become a teacher, but it only took two days of school to realize I belonged behind the camera.
My stepfather told me I was making a mistake. My principal told my mom she’d have to support me all her life. My friends warned me that I was taking a huge risk. But today, I can firmly say I’m lucky I decided to go after what I love instead of listening to them. I followed my grandmother’s advice, instead – she told me, “Etti, you decided on something? So GO FOR IT!”
Pursuing Photography
I studied photography for three years. As my final project for photography school, I exhibited a photo series of my family – even though my biological father passed away when I was a little kid and I didn’t even know what he looked like. Though my professor was apprehensive about the idea at first, he told me my presentation reminded him of the meaning and importance of pictures. I finished with honors, excited to continue to chase after my dreams.
I opened my photography business in 2012. I shot weddings, events, portraits, and headshots. Around five years later, I opened my studio – finally, a dedicated space to create my art. I got the keys to the studio on my birthday, and they were the perfect gift.
Why Boudoir Photography?
While I always loved taking photos, it wasn’t until 2018 that I discovered my true love for boudoir photography. I did a few photoshoots just for fun and realized it was what I love to photograph most. I was in awe of how boudoir photography can empower women, make them feel confident, and remind them just how beautiful they really are. When COVID hit, I reevaluated my dream and thought a lot about what I love to photograph most. I discovered that boudoir photography was my true passion and needed to be what I focused on most going forward.
See, every day, women are so busy taking care of other people as well as their own responsibilities. From working full- or part-time to taking care of children to making the world around us a better place, we’re constantly focused outward… and too often, we tend to forget about ourselves. I mean, think about it – when was the last time you intentionally spent quality time by yourself? When was the last time you shopped for lingerie? When was the last time you treated yourself for no reason other than it’d make you happy?
When we focus inward and make sure we’re taking good care of ourselves, we have so much more to give.
You take a day to come to our beautiful studio, filled with music and good vibes. First, you meet our talented professional hair and makeup artist. She makes you feel like a million bucks. Then, the session begins – 2 hours just for yourself. From the very beginning, I guide you on how to pose, how to angle your head, where to place your hand, how to show the goddess in you. I’ll show you a sneak peek of the images we took, and you’ll gasp at how amazing you look. Two weeks later, you’ll see the finished, retouched photos and see just how stunning and sexy you are. (Yes, you!)
As a boudoir photographer, my role is to empower you and make you realize how beautiful you are, just the way you are.
I photograph everyday women who look just like me and you. Some are shy, some are insecure, some are nervous. Maybe you are, too. But I assure you, after the session is done, when you leave home, you’ll tell yourself, “WOW. I’m worth it.” You’ll feel a boost of confidence. You’ll value yourself and you’ll see what I’m seeing. If you’ll ever forget to appreciate yourself and take care of number one – your stunning photos will remind you to do so every single day!
A few fun facts about me:

- I LOVE to sing, but I’ve always been afraid to sing in public (working on it!)
- I love to cook, but I’m better suited as a sous-chef for my husband
